Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Historically 95% of our payments have been via EFT however we also accept all leading credit cards (except Amex and Dinners cards)
Do You Charge By the Hour?
Yes we do charge by the hour for small jobs (less than a day). Please call and discuss with us as the charges for small jobs varies depending on the job. For all other jobs we provide an obligation free quote.
Do You Offer Video Consultations?
Video consultation is something we have improved on since we noticed a sharp increase in the uptake of this service since late 2021.
Do you go over on your quoted price?
Going over on quoted price is something most clients are concerned about, this is understandable given most households operate on a limited budget. We at Woodstone are proud of managing to stick to our quoted prices even at the expense of losing on the job when we have found ourselves going over what we have quoted.
